It's the last few moments of the Valentine's Day challenge over at
Festive Friday and I just completed my card. We were to pick three items from the list below to include in our project. I chose Red-Hearts-Foiling from the list.
To find the 'foiling' on the card, you will have to look closely at the word
'friend'. I started with a white A-2 base card. I cut a white layer the same size and stamped 'Happy Valentine's Day' in red at the top. I die cut a heart shape under the sentiment. I embossed this layer then attached it to base card using foam mount strips to raise it off the card. I found some pretty rose designer paper and die cut a heart the same size as the open heart and attached it on the base card so it would show through the open heart. I then die cut the word 'friend' in red and attached it to the bottom of the heart. Lastly, I die cut a tiny gold foil heart and used it as the dot above the 'i'.

I love all that gorgeous texture in the background and that beautiful paper you used for the heart. So glad you shared this with us at Festive Friday this week
